What Did I Play Last Week – Sunday 21st July

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4
A double XP weekend has helped me level up some guns. Now all primary weapons, except sniper rifles, have been maxed out and are ready to prestige. I did switch back to the sniper rifle to start levelling these up but its a long, hard slog. In a game with a sniper-rifle I might be lucky getting 5 or even 10 kills.
With my normal set-up I might get 30+. The biggest challenge is that I play Hardcore Kill Confirmed so although I might get 10 kills with a sniper rifle, I don’t get the tags so it doesn’t give me a big score.

Watchdogs 2
I enjoyed playing the original Watchdogs. I liked the storyline and I loved the setting – I have been to Chicago and so it was interesting seeing all the locations I’ve been to in real life. Recently they have uploaded a video of the 3rd Watchdog game : Watchdogs Legion. This game is set in London so I will have to play it.
To make sure I’m ready for it I purchased Watchdogs 2 off the PSN Store. I’ve been keeping an eye on its price the past couple of weeks so when it dropped to under £15 I had to buy it.
I managed to get an hour of this in, which is rare for me, and I already feel the familiar gameplay of the original Watchdog game. I managed to stream my first hour of gameplay so I will try to continue this over the next couple of weeks.
How Am I Playing Them?
As always, I’m on my trusty launch-day PS4. It sounds a bit like a hoover on full whack so I think it might be on its last legs at some point but it still plays games. I am trying to hold off buying a PS4 Pro as its a big old unit and I’m not too bothered about playing in 4k (or Pseudo 4k) as when I’m playing 1080p on my 55″ screen I think the picture looks ace!

What’s Next?
Probably more COD. Hopefully more Watchdogs 2. I really want to stream all my gameplay of WD2 but it isn’t always an easy thing to do. Life always manages to get in the way.
