Sign up to Virgin Atlantic (it is free) and get 250 points a month for no effort! It takes only a minute and will increase you monthly points total by 250 points. Don’t forget to go into the app and enter you membership number to get the points.

The Reverend’s Tip #3

If you put a new profile picture up on the app you’ll get an extra 50 points. It looks like you can only do this once a month but it is an easy 50 points for this competition.

The Reverend’s Tip #4

When you complete vaults or answer questions  you are able to use the button on the top right to send an email telling people. You can only do it five times per month and each one gives you an extra 25 points.

        Is there a pending APP update you need to install? there were a few problems with the last competition and they always told people to make sure the APP is up-to-date and if that didn’t help, to delete the app off the phone and re-install it.

        Let me know if any of that works.

      I’ve checked my post and I’ve given the exact answer for each quiz question – Sorry the way they were displayed was confusing. The trouble is that if I give them numbers then people might confuse for questions which have numbers as answers – like the most recent one.

        1) Changing your profile picture -50 pts (you can do this once a month)
        2) Using the ‘share’ option on pages in the app – 25pts (you can do this 3 times)
        3) Signed up to the Virgin Airlines frequent flier program – 250 pts (no cost/credit card details required to sign up)

        You are so close so hope you can make it over the final threshold.

  23. Hi The Rev, I did the quiz yesterday but of course then the points refreshed. And today the quiz is the same so I can’t do it in this month. Do you know if that is usual? Also, when and how do they announce the topic for the Enter a code? Thanks for all the tips!

    1. Hi Linda,

      Its the same every month….the quiz doesn’t update when the competition ends. Its a good idea if you are already in the VIP (or wont hit the VIP Vault) not to do the quiz on the last day of the month as it can give you a 50points boost for the new competition.

      The codes – they may not do them this month. Last month they did the ’10 x 10 points’ once a week. They may choose to repeat that, do a code everyday, or do nothing. Usually they mention when they are doing a code everyday so I guess they aren’t doing codes this month. They may release the odd code here and there but it wont be a regular daily thing.

      But then again, who knows!
