  8. Hello all out of curiosity what is the cheapest ticket you can purchase to get the verified status for the Virgin trains? I have tried the Edinburgh route but even though it states its virgin operated support will not honour it.

    1. Andrew I purchased a child ticket in December from Birmingham to the next nearest station, cost about £2 that worked for me

  9. So…. way back in 2009, before this VirginRed App stuff, Virgin Atlantic Members got emails for prizes. I was randomly chosen and won 2 VIP Box seats at the O2 and saw Pink – Amazing night, great catering, lovely hospitality!!! Been on the VirginRed app for 6 months now, and I hope the prizes continue!! Please release codes, because when you do win, it can be amazing!!!!!

  12. Oh no, the Tatton Show, I live near this and the traffic is horrendous, sends me mental every year.

    I kept getting ‘network error’ when submitting this and then when it finally accepted the answer, it didn’t give me the points?

  33. If you message virgin red on facebook and be very nice they give you the missing points (not all the time but most of the time!) and worth a try! I’ve done it before and got the points on a few occasions.

  34. I knew that the Friday we had no points for anything first thing that this would impact at the end. I did write to Virgin and there was no response. After all this time I think it takes too much anxst and I’ve decided to leave. Thanks team Reverend for helping with obscure information.

  35. I wrote a nice letter to Virgin but got the standard response with how to earn points…nothing new. So this last day I need 156 points and van only get 75. I’m going to wait and do the 75 tomorrow and hopefully get a jump on August. Have a good day all! 🙂
