Shopmium
You probably have heard of TopCashback and Quidco. Did you know you can get additional cashback while shopping in physical shops? Shopmium is an App that can increase your cashback!

What is Shopmium?
Shopmium is an app that gives you cashback when you buy certain items from your supermarket. The app presents you with different items and once you’ve purchased them in the supermarket, you can submit to get additional cashback into your account.
How Does It Work?
While you are in the supermarket open the app and then use the filters to filter by the shop you are in. You will then get presented with all the ‘offers’ – these will all be cashback ranging from a couple of pence all the way to 100% of the item value. Make sure you do select the shop you are in as you’ll kick yourself if you buy something from a shop which isn’t offering cashback on that item!
How to Claim the Cashback
Click the round ‘Claim’ button at the bottom of the screen, then choose ”Request My Cashback”. This starts the 3 steps you need to complete. First, take a picture of the receipt – strangely it does tell you to take a photo of the reverse of the receipt but I’ve never done that! Second you will need to scan the barcode of the products you are requesting the cashback for. Finally you need to send your request!
Payout Options
Once your cashback request has been approved, Shopmium pays into your PayPal account directly. This is great as it means you get your cashback pretty quickly and there is no charge to you for payments under £20 – unlike Checkout Smart.
